My name is Jasmine (Hasmik) Mazlumyan and I’m a first generation American born to an Armenian/Greek family in the Bay Area, CA. My upbringing has taken me on many journeys, inspired me to explore diverse areas of study, and provided me with a deep reverence of the complexities with being a first generation born American. My approach comes from building a strong foundation in critical thinking and cognitive awareness so that the spirit, soul and mysticism can have room to play, dance, and explore. Over time I have learned to integrate both the logical and mythical self and encourage others to find that balance within themselves.

Since 2007, I have spent time studying, living and working at The Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. Much of my deep personal growth journey started at Esalen and continues to influence me today. With extensive courses in Psychology, Mindfulness, and Mind-Body Practices such as Yoga, Tai-Chi and Dance as well as exposure to the deep healing and transformational power of nature impacts the foundation of who I am and how I facilitate my work.

In 2016 I completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. This influenced my personal Mindfulness Practices with a Cognitive and Behavioral approach. I offer an integrated perspective that sees you as a balanced whole working with all elements and the fine dance between logic mind and body spirit.

I have experience working in the corporate arena heading People Operations departments. This exposure has provided me with first hand organizational and people development knowledge. As a trusted business partner, I have offered Employees and Executives with Counseling, Training and Development, Coaching, Career Pathing and Management Training. This experience gives me a strong understanding about the practicalities companies deal with and allows me to offer guidance and counseling for those seeking support individually or within organizations.
